Initial Evaluation

These sessions are typically 50 minutes. This includes a comprehensive history and evaluation of your presenting concern, an assessment, along with treatment recommendations. Up to 3 appointments may be required to make an initial diagnosis. Please be aware that controlled substances are not prescribed during the first appointment.

Psychotherapy with Medication Management

These sessions are typically 50 minutes. For those seeking therapy and medication, these appointments are often the most effective at getting you results. My approach is eclectic and includes elements of CBT, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and parts work.

Medication Management

Sessions are typically 20-30 minutes with an emphasis on adjusting medications and evaluating symptoms once an initial evaluation is completed. Brief psychotherapy may be incorporated as time allows.

Conditions Treated

I treat all general psychiatric conditions, but specialize in the treatment of Adult ADHD and in treating relationship difficulties.
